Biography

I grew up in the Puget Sound region of Washington State and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting from the University of Washington.

My husband, BK Tran, is a fellow graduate of the University of Washington's painting program. We are currently living in Seattle. border

In 2016, one of my drawings was selected to be included in Sgʷigʷialʔtxʷ at 20: Building Upon the Past, Visioning Into the Future, Longhouse Education and Cultural Center 20th Anniversary Exhibition, which was hosted by the Longhouse Education and Cultural Center at the Evergreen State College. The exhibition featured the work of over 70 indigenous artists who have been affiliated with the Longhouse throughout the years.
